Terms and Conditions


By placing a quote request or booking a trip through Jeto Vacations, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


    Marketing & Data Privacy Clauses:

  • By submitting our web form, you agree to receive promotional calls/messages from Jeto Vacations on the number shared, and such calls and SMS would be coming from a third-party platform or tools used by Jeto Vacations
  • Customer data may be shared with airlines, hotels, transport providers, destination management companies, visa facilitators, payment processors, technology service providers, and government authorities to the extent necessary for providing travel services and complying with legal obligations.
  • As per Indian Govt. rules and guidelines, we also use your identity documents for making remittances and making relevant bookings and payments. We are also mandated to share your data with the Govt. as per their request
  • All content on the Company’s website, itineraries, brochures, quotations, and travel materials are proprietary and may not be reproduced without prior written consent

  • Operations & Services Clauses (Local policies - not created by Company):

  • Standard check-in time at the hotel varies on destination. An early check-in or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel. Jeto vacations (JVPL) can place a request on your behalf but cannot guarantee that such requests would be honored. JVPL will not be liable if hotel denies such requests during traveler's stay at the hotel (even if hotel confirms before travel)
  • Certain hotels may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel's policy.
  • Hotel/Activity amenities and services provided by the operator and are based on their sole discretion. JVPL cannot be held liable if any operator (hotel/activity) denies such services or if the quality of such services are not upto client's expectations
  • If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking in for the onward journey to your destination.
  • Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Any additional charges charged by end operators like airlines or hotels (e.g. check-in baggage charge, seat selection fee, extra items during meals etc.) will not be paid by JVPL unless explicitly mentioned in inclusions
  • Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure you mention the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Age must be calculated based on day or travel and not on day of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of travelling.
  • The package price doesn't include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. JVPL shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However we may not have this information readily available all the time.

  • Force Majeure events:

  • In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, act of God, political/social events, war, weather conditions etc. JVPL shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors. JVPL can neither guarnatee full refund nor communicate exact amount before finalizing discussions with our partners/vendor
  • JVPL reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re- routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • JVPL cannot be liable for issues arising out of rules followed by local operators and unions for e.g. AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas, room heaters are charged extra, certain sightseeing areas are only serviced by local taxi unions, houseboat does not run after evening etc.
  • The activity/transport schedules is based on transport/activity operators and is administered by the government on most cases. We cannot be held liable if any disruptions happen due to sudden change of government rules (both local and central)

  • Operations & Services Clauses (Company policies - created by Company):

  • The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will try to arrange an alternate activity of similar cost and duartion. If no such activity can be provided we will process refund (as per cost to JVPL) & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund.
  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard
  • The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as airline seat selection fee, laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
  • Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages unless explicitly mentioned
  • Any other items not mentioned under Inclusions are not included in the cost of the booking
  • Cost of deviation and cost of extension of the validity on your ticket is not included
  • JVPL cannot be held liable for mechanical failure of vehicle. However, JVPL will try to arrange alternate means of transport in case of major disruptions
  • All vacation services including ferry / bus / train / sightseeing / event / theme parks / activities tickets are of base category seats (unless mentioned otherwise) and these are booked as per availability of seats. Hence,the timing or seat numbers cannot be confirmed at the time of bookingthe vacation package
  • Moreover, the seats on any kind of transport are booked as per availability and basis the group size. Hence, we cannot assure the availability of adjoining seats.

  • Payment & Refund Clauses:

  • For any activity which is complimentary and not charged to JVPL & guest, no refund will be processed
  • Jeto Vacations may cancel the booking in case of payment default. Any refund, if applicable, shall be processed after deducting actual losses, vendor cancellation charges, and applicable service fees. JVPL will inform the client before taking any such step
  • JVPL does not allow on ground payment option. All payments need to be completed before the start of trip
  • In the event of cancellation by the Customer, a non-refundable service fee of ₹2,999 per traveller shall be deducted in addition to any cancellation chargesimposed by airlines, hotels, activity providers, visa authorities, or other vendors.

  • Dispute Resolution & Legal Clauses:

  • Jeto Vacations welcomes genuine feedback and reviews from customers regarding their actual travel experience. However, customers agree not to publish, post, circulate, or encourage others to publish any false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or malicious statements regarding the Company, its directors, employees, vendors, or services. The Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any person who publishes or causes to be published false or defamatory content, including content posted through third parties, associates, agents, friends, relatives, or anonymous accounts.
  • No customer shall demand refunds, discounts, upgrades, compensation, complimentary services, or any other benefit in exchange for refraining from posting negative reviews or removing existing reviews. Any such conduct may be treated as abuse of the grievance process and the Company reserves all legal rights in respect thereof. The Company shall evaluate all complaints strictly on their merits and in accordance with applicable policies and contractual terms
  • Customer shall first raise any grievance through the Company’s official communication channels and provide the Company a reasonable opportunity, not exceeding 30 days, to investigate and respond before initiating any formal legal proceedings, chargeback requests, or public allegations.
  • Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks initiated after the contracted services have been substantially delivered may result in recovery proceedings, legal action, and recovery of associated costs and expenses
  • Customers are expected to interact with the Company's employees and other customers in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Any disputes, concerns, or grievances must be addressed through the Company's official communication and dispute resolution channels. The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, harassing, threatening, or intimidating behavior. The Company further reserves the right to take appropriate legal or other remedial action against any customer who engages in misconduct, unfair practices, or any uncivil conduct with the intent of obtaining undue benefits or causing harm to the Company, its employees, or its customers.
  • In no event shall JVPL’s liability exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to JVPL for the booking giving rise to the claim except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Customer shall notify JVPL of any service deficiency within 48 hours of occurrence and provide reasonable opportunity to investigate and remedy the issue
  • Emails, WhatsApp messages, booking forms, recorded calls, payment records, and system-generated logs shall constitute admissible evidence of communications and transactions between the parties.
  • The Company welcomes honest and genuine customer reviews based on actual travel experiences. However, the Customer agrees not to use threats of negative reviews, social media campaigns, complaints to third parties, or reputational harm as a means to obtain refunds, discounts, upgrades, compensation, or other benefits not otherwise contractually due. Such conduct may be treated as bad-faith conduct and the Company reserves all legal rights and remedies available under law.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi. Subject to the foregoing, courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
